Kids have too much freedom these days and they abuse it. Making them have uniforms for school is a wonderful way to show them they aren't incharge. It should especially be enforced in the gang areas due to gang problems(colors). I have seen kids with their pants down to their knees, showing their underwear, girls with revealing cloths and shirts with statements on them that are totally innapropriate for children. Uniforms should be in every school.
