That man from Arknasas lost his job over the arrest. There needs to be a huge public outcry and the TABC needs to be kept on a very short leash. When I check into a hotel bar and have a night cap before going up to my room I consider myself to already be HOME - I'm not driving and if I want to drink 6 beers and wake up with a hangover that's my business - not anything for the State of Texas to be regulating.
