| Consider an Ordinance of the City of Lancaster, Texas amending Ordinance No. 13-84, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and Map of the City of Lancaster, as amended, by granting a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for a commercial amusement center and retail sales to be located on Tract 36 of the M.M. Miller Abstract No. 874, page 27, in the City of Lancaster, Dallas County, Texas and more generally described as being located on the north side of Pleasant Run Road between Dallas Avenue and Hall Street [207 Pleasant Run Road]; providing for special conditions; providing a savings clause; providing a severability clause; providing a penalty of fine not to exceed the sum of two thousand dollars ($2,000) for each offense; and providing an effective date. |
